No Gift of Explorations w/100% Map Completion
So they’re both (the ‘other’ characters you’ve not claimed Gifts of Exploration on) at 99%, in the top left legend, what is it stating? What is missing from the totals.
Nothing is missing. They are both sitting at 100% Map Completion.
They both have the icon for Map Completion.
I got the reward for one of them 3 years ago and the other is bugged and not giving me the reward. Sorry if that was unclear.

I submitted a ticket already (about a week ago) and got no response. I was hoping posting it on the forums a Dev / GM would see it and be able to help.
Weird as it is, there’s a persisting bug in which people who world complete recieve a chest from Lake Doric (not the current one, an unreleased version of Lake Doric), containing 8001 XP and a transmutation charge or a black lion key. It is possible that this isn’t triggering for your character which could be stalling your 100% reward.
Instead of creating a new ticket, post your details here to get your issues chased up.

Just to be sure…you submitted a ticket using the Web-form accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below, and not in-game (which is a Bug Report, and will garner no response, as indicated on the Bug Report window), yes?
If you did use the web-form, you can just update your ticket by responding to the automated reply.
Also, is it possible you completed World Completion on both characters some time back, and have just misplaced the Gifts of Exploration? You might use one of the GW2 apps to look through all storage (bank and character).

Thanks for the help guys and whoever the GM / Dev is that took care of me. Never new the bug report in game was different than the website. But they responded to me within a day of posting the ticket on the site.
Don’t know what the actual bug is but i would guess it has something to do with characters who had Lion’s Arch complete and map rewarded before it got wrecked.
