Guild Wars 2

I recently bought Guild Wars 2, and linked it to my old Guild Wars 1 account, where I’ve had a few things stored in the Hall of Monuments. However, I cannot access any Hall rewards on any of my characters, and my Hall of Monuments Achievements are all showing zero. Could someone help me out please?

How many hom points do you have?

My memory is a bit fuzzy about this but I recall something about having to log into GW1 to get that updated/fixed.
