An hour or so ago, I signed up for the Heart of Thorns newsletter subscription (to be in the pool for a chance at doing a closed beta). I used my GW2 account email to do it. I still haven’t received a confirmation email for it. I signed up again on my second email (which I’ll be making a second account for soon), and I DID get a confirmation for that one.
I saw at least one other person mention a similar problem (not getting the confirmation on their main account email but getting one on a different email).
its because you were already on the list with your main account , if you received previous newsletters .. Living Story e-mail etc … then it’s the same list ..
im 100% sure the newletters for GW2 and HoT is the same list
No. I don’t receive GW2 newsletters, signed up for the HoT one and have received no email confirmation. I’ve tried doing it a few times and nothing.
