See title, is it intentional that there no Karmic Retribution buff to be bought at Lake Doric or perhaps forgotten to add to the merchant?

Theres no karmic retribution in bloodstone fen but what did get me was the lack of magic that you could get from killing foes in the first 3 maps . It may be anets way of making sure players do visit the other 3 maps to gain karma and magic so they dont become ghost maps with a few players passing through . But i do agree it did seem a bit strange on my first visit – thought i had missed a vendor .

Bloodstone Fen has a similar one only you get bonus experience with this one. I just found it strange that Lake Doric has not one for exp or karma.
