so recently i built a new pc and when i downloaded guild wars 2 i expected it to be flooded because the pop count was very high. when i log in, the world is empty. i am compeletly isolated and i know that isnt right because the game was full of players when i played on my pc. i worked with tech support and in the end they gave up on me. please help

What server is this? Where are you (map) that no one is showing up? If you chat in /m does anyone respond or are they already chatting?
Not sure what you’ve already tried, just thought I’d break the ice and start asking questions. I know culling can cause LA to look empty sometimes, but I know nothing of your situation, so just checking the basics first.
If you are in Ferguson’s Crossing server, it won’t be flooded with players.
Culling in PvE seem to have become much worse recently. Its to the point of becomming redicilous.
