The PvP Glowing Crimson Mask doesn’t have PVP locker slots.

I guess this is just a simple oversight, with the big update on the 15th making the PvP locker irrelevant, but how are we supposed to transfer PvP skins to the wardrobe when they don’t have a slot in the PvP locker?

I can keep them on my character, or in the bank, but the news article clearly said items in the PvP locker would be unlocked in the locker, it doesn’t say anything about PvP items elsewhere.

Will this skin still be unlocked for light, medium and heavy armor?

Any item will be unlocked (PvP or PvE) after the patch by equipping, salvaging, right-clicking and choosing unlock, etc. You can read more about it in the Knowledge Base.
