I’ve been busy playing quite a lot of tournament matches, winning the majority of the games. Although every time I get redirected to Heart of the Mists after I win a match, I never receive my tournament rewards. I’ve asked other players if they are experiencing the same issue and they responded with a no.
There’s a 3-page sticky here why it happens. Unfortunately it has been bugged since the game was released, and Anet won’t bother fixing it even though players have left because of it. I hope you didn’t play much on the other server whereever you’re from.
