It seems that once you’ve completed your personal story, you no longer get that green star thing to get out of city instances. I just got done fully exploring the Char Citadel, and I had to use waypoints to get out of 4 different areas where there were POIs.

I went to explore the human city and ran into the same problem with some of the POIs being in instanced areas that I could then not get out of without paying for a waypoint.

This problem may also exist outside of cities, but this is the only place I’ve encountered it thus far.

I got the same problem at the Black Citadel, you can’t get out from instances so you have to pay few coins to get to the nearest waypoint…

It happens in only a few cities. The human city is the only one I’ve seen it in myself. If you walk close enough to the exits, sometimes it prompts you to leave.

I can confirm this problem exists when in an order’s instance. Bugged reported it once I saw it. Happens every time.

I only had the issue in cities happen a few times, sometimes the “exit” point is missing but most of the time for me the exit is there.

Still a problem for me as well.
