I never got to see the bobble heads. I live in Tokyo, my hours are not “normal”

I had the same issue then I changed map and I got it, I suggest you try that out
I feel it abit unfair, i logged inn but nobody has booblehead, everyone in my guild has, but i don’t see any.. is there a fix? how can I enjoy such woobley stuff?
