As i completed my last two reknown hearts in Plains of Ashford today ( “Rid the training area from pests” and “Help Tolona Ironrustler with her farm”, i did not recieve any blue chest or mail even though the last named heart gave me 100% map completion.

I’ve tried to zone out and in, logging out and in. But still wont give me anything.
This is acually the second time it occurs for me since patch, different zones though.

And no, it’s not just a PoI that has appeared after a patch that i’ve been missing

Just a couple of dumb questions.

Was the other map Caledon? Could you have already have done the Ashford map and went back to do the 2 new hearts added last month?

If those two hearts were all you needed to finish, then yeah, you already completed Plains of Ashford in the past and got your reward then. When new things are added to zones, as those two hearts were in the feature patch, you can’t get a second map completion chest for a zone that you’ve already completed.

This behaviour has been consistent in the past with the addition of other new things in maps, such as the Second Aetherblade Site in Gendarran Fields, and the Marionette’s Landing and the new waypoint next to it in Lornar’s Pass.
