While I understand the new rules for chests after a Dragon/Zone event, 1 chest per character per 24 hr. period, I am having an issue with The Shatterer and was wondering if others are as well.

Basically I have done the Shatterer event 4 times in the last 48 hours and for those 4 times I have not received a chest. This is with full participation and receiving the gold participation medal. I am not sure if this issue is due to culling or what but it is really frustrating to keep participating in these without the reward. Unfortunately my Thief is my only character high enough to participate with The Shatterer event and I have not noticed any issue with the Swamp Behemoth on other characters.

Anyone else experiancing this?

It bugs out. Plain and simple. On every event that can spawn a chest.

Before the patch, it could happen. For no reason at all, people would not get the chest, but still get Gold for the event.

Happened ALOT on my Engineer, because the Grenade Kit damage would not count. For whatever reason, the Grenades would just not cause damage, even though they are my longest range….. they just were not hitting, somehow.

I learned not to use them. And to avoid ground targeting on other professions too. Just seems the “Dragon” icon and the hit box are no where near the same….

Besides that, other people are just unlucky. They did everything right and got bugs in return.

Since the patch, I notice if I do the events in under 24 hours since I can’t remember how long my “lock” is, it seems to reset my “lock” even though I got no reward. I remember showing up to a Shadow Behemoth fight on a “good” day only to still be locked out both times I tried. It was 100% time for me to loot, and yet… bugs.
