Paid for sprocket and crystal nodes for mining in home instance – laurels and gold went out of bag – but no delivery! Have sent in a ticket to support – any idea how long this will take to get sorted? Has been 3 days now

Delivery of items (where relevant) is instantaneous after purchase. Did you not get a consumable when you bought the items? That needs to be double-clicked to unlock the node in the home instance.

In terms of support, their normal response time is “within 3 days”. If it’s longer than that, you can post a request for a review in the thread designed for that — just copy your OP above and paste, adding just the ticket number.
