Could someone advise me how to set my sound options so I can hear the “ding” when someone sends me a message or whisper?

Unfortunately there is no setting for it and also, unfortunately, it is bugged and doesn’t always play when a whisper is sent or received.

it was just like GW1 … it only plays a ding if you haven’t typed to each other for a while or you get a new whisper from someone else

if you’re reply straight away each message won’t have a ‘ding’
