No fractal daily from level 40.

is this bug still a problem or was it fixed? I’m not gonna waste my time on a fractal until I hear they aren’t broken, just saying.
The third post here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/updates/Game-Update-Notes-December-16-2014/first#post4636877 says it was fixed, however this was the same day as Gaile’s post previous to yours.
Did a tier 49 today. didn’t get daily chest at the end after kill jade maw. first time running this tier today. 4/5 got daily chest except me.
Fotm 14, everyone in the party except for one person did not get their daily 11-20 reward.
Still an issue in game. The last 2 days in a row I’ve run a scale 50, gotten the reward, then a 40 and gotten nothing. Was the only one in the party to not receive a reward, and (at least on 3/25/2015) was the only one running my 2nd fractal of the day. Anyone else still running into this?
If you were the only one I beleve you just did a 49 instead of 50 b4 and screwed up. I never ever ever ever EVER had that issue and I run 20, 30, 40 and 50 every day 7 days a week.

Im pretty upset, I did level 50 after reset, did level 38 now and didnt get my daily chest.
This is still a recurrent bug.
Fix it.

well, this is a major necroed thread, but what is your personal reward level. if your level is 35 for instance and you do a level 50, then you only get credit for for doing a 31-40. a 38 also counts as 31-40. If you are level 50 and you do a level 38 then that also counts as a 31-40, but doing a 50 then would count as a 50.
You may understand all that already, but just making sure that your issue doesnt fall under this.

I was level 41 at the time I did 50 and then 38.
So I think I was in the 41-50 space, thus there is no explaining in why I did not received my 38 chest (31-40).

Hey, its the last of 6 completed fractals running over 2 days that dont give me a reward other then the pristine fractal. I dialy do F50, 30+, 20+ and on occasion 10+.
In this particular it was the following.
-Scale 33
-Second, 1st fractal of the day in the 30-40 span.
-11, and now 33, yesterday i did the same including 29, no reward
-the rest recived their daily chest
-2 Second fractal of the day
Rotation: Swamp, Molten Molten Furnace Fractal, Aetherblade Fractal, Captain Mai Trin Boss Fractal.
My personal reward is 50.
