Guild Wars 2

First of all, a hearty hello to everyone reading

I’m originally from Gunnar’s Hold and have joined a guild that is on Far Shiverpeaks.
The problem I would like to report is when I do Guild events like the Jumping Puzzle, Bounty, Rush or Challenge, I don’t get any rewards at all. I do get the Event completion star popping up, but no chest or commendations. This is going on for two weeks now and I’m missing out on alot!

Please fix this.

Edit: It worked. Thank you very much. This helped me and the guild alot. Now we can warn everyone before events start.
