Guild Wars 2

Ever since the last update, it seems I am forced to log in as visibly online now. If I set my status as offline, and then log out of the game, I automatically am listed as “online” when I return. I used to be able to log in discreetly and remain hidden in “offline” status.

I just tried it, and it’s saving my Invisible status; I usually play in Invisible mode.

You might consider trying a -repair of the client, and/or clearing the GW2 cache, whilst awaiting a CS Team response.

I’ve tested this a couple of times and my status is being saved. However, there are some things that have intermittently changed the status: using LFG to find a squad, joining a squad, or joining in someone’s personal story. (None of these things always result in Invisible changing to Visible, just often enough for it to be a reason to recheck.)
