Guild Wars 2

I’m not sure if this is somekind of bug or it’s because i did something wrong.
Few days ago i started Tangled paths chapter of my personal story, as norn guardian, and first thing needed to do is to check for mail, as it says:
"Return to camp resolve;
Missive from Logan;
Check your mail for “Awaiting your arrival”. "

After i got this message i checked my ingame mailbox and there was no such mail. On other hand there is green mark on my minimap that indicates where i need to go for my personal story. It points at silverwastes, probably camp resolve (there is no indication after i enter that area so that is just my guess). Nothing even changed even if i go there,still the same problem.
To clear further missunderstanding, i unlocked Tangled paths episode without doubt, so that cannot be the issue. First i thought that any personal story is currently unplayable, but that changed when i tried to start another chapter, Seeds of truth to be exact, which works perfectly normal. After many tries Tangled paths still doesn’t work properly for me, at least at that part with mail. I played other personal story chapters, and when part where it says “check your mail” comes, it works absolute normal, mail comes exact second when it needs to.
these are basic details of my problem, if any new information is needed please contact me, i will provide so.

Have you played this episode before on a different character? If so, delete the mail for this episode, and another should appear.

Another solution may be to empty any items/gold waiting for pick-up from the TP, as well as deleting all mail from your mailbox.

Also, this would be Living Story, rather than Personal Story (which also uses green stars on the map).

I deleted some old mail from my character, and now i can play game properly.
