Did every emote. First time. No mask came from the chest, only 25 trick or treat bags.

Likewise. All emotes correct, 25 bags, no mask. Crystal Desert server.

I missed one emote, got 10 bags, no mask.

same here, I got no reward from the chest either, sound like similar bug from last year thought they will fix it by now, sometimes no rewards from the chest even if you get everything correct.

Experienced the same thing, 25 trick or treat bags and no mask from Mad King Says, got a gold from the event.

Same here, I only failed on one command where it kinda bugged out. Only got 25 trick or treat bags aswell. Others who failed alot got the mask anyway. I see lots of other people in Desolation LA map chat who didn’t get the mask.

I’m also in the same boat. Got gold for the event, got 25 bags from the chest, didn’t miss a single emote and still no mask.

I completed this event and didn’t miss an emote, and got 25 trick or treat bags and no mask as well.

Day.2560:

Silver reward: missed 2 emotes, 10 bags, no mask.
Server: Aurora Glade

Gold reward now: 10 bags and no mask again :p

Re-did it now, only got 10 bags.

Did it perfectly the first time and received 25 bags. Did it imperfectly on purpose with 10 bags. For both times, I have gotten no mask at all.

Done it twice on BORLIS PASS. Gold reward and 25 bags both times, but no mask.

Have done mad king says twice now with two different characters and have yet to receive a mask on either try. NOT happy. Kaineng server.

4th try, got all emotes down, 25 bags, no mask.

To report the issue, type “/bug” in-game in chat panel and use the report option.

I’ve added this issue to the Tracker: Reported Bugs and Their Status [collaborative effort by players] sticky thread and linked to this thread. Hopefully it will be addressed soon by a dev.

Does this accurately describe the issue or should more info be added to the description?

I finally got it after trying on another character.

I got the mask and no bags.

I’ll add myself to the list of people that didn’t get a mask. I got the achievement for doing it once and 25 bags for doing it “perfectly”, but no mask.

I’m guessing the character that did it last year, isn’t getting the mask this year.

Yeah, I did it with a character that did it last year. I guess I’m flagged as having completed it already, but this year the rewards are different. I’m assuming it’s a bug.

I asked in chat before I reported this to check if other people who did it last year got it, and people said they did. Taking their word on it though because more than one person said so.

*went in on a character I didn’t think did it last year, and did indeed get it, so this seems to be true!

I have posted elsewhere about this, but this might be a better spot? I only get masks, same character 3 completions and 3 masks, no trick or treat bags for perfect run.

Did event twice, first time I made a mistake, got no items at all.
Second time, did it perfectly, also no items. -_- I have the most recent patch.

Hi Allindal, did you open the chest that spawns near the Mad King at the end?

I also finished it I missed 1 emote and only got 10 bags.

No mask Why???
