Suddenly GW no longer outputs any sound/music/whatever. Started yesterday I think. It’s completely quiet, I checked the audio options (I didn’t change them in the first place though) and they’re all fine, game should play sounds like usual.
I am having exact same issue exact same timeframe!

I am having the same issue as well
I began experiencing this same problem about 2 days ago. I’ll be playing along and audio cuts out completely. It is isolated to GW2 app only. My work around has been to close out the client and restart it. I get my audio back till the next time it quits. So far, it’s been once a day and have occurred both in PvE and WvW. I’ve not notice any particular pattern of when or what actions cause it but will post more details as I find them.
I have been having the music issue since day 1 and even now a couple weeks later, there still is no ingame music. Can anyone suggest any ideas as to how I can make it work. I never did anything to the sound options in menu and there is sound in the game, but not the music parts.
