So I have a condition necromancer and I’m trying to increase the duration of my bleeds. For some reason… the only thing that increases it is spite trait points. Between my sigils and other traits, I have 60% extra bleed duration. This increases my bleeding duration by….nothing. I get no benefit from it for some reason. No matter what traits or armor I have my scepter bleed duration stays at 4 seconds, same with every other bleed. Not sure why this is happening, so I’m guessing it’s a bug.
