Since I did the achievement ‘Cleaning up the neighborhood’ on my guardian, the posters stay teared down on my other characters.

This means that finishing the renown heart ‘Help the people of Ebonhawke’ is significantly harder.

According to the wiki the achievement should be done in one day so I asume that they don’t reset at the daily reset as they should do.

This issue of the posters not being available for other characters after having been torn down for that achievement was reported back in August and was acknowledged here.

It appears that this behavior has not been fixed yet. :\
