Hello everyone!
I was exploring with my level 80 Asura engineer and I didn’t receive my prize for completing both Wayfarer Foothills and Snowden Drifts. All I was missing to complete exploration for those areas were a POI and a WP. I’ve read how there is a similar bug for “world” completion so I did the troubleshooting recommended to fix said bug and nothing occurred. Is there something I’ve missed and most importantly, does this mean that once I’ve reached “world” completion, I will have a similar experience. Any advice is greatly appreciated, Thank you.

If you already completed those zones on that character, you won’t receive another completion reward when new POIs/WPs are introduced. For Wayfarer Foothills, the only new stuff added that I recall is the Cragstead POI. For Snowden it should be Angvar’s Trove WP. If you only picked up those two, you probably had already gotten completion for these zones beforehand.

If that’s not the case, I would recommend clearing a zone you haven’t yet started (or barely started) and see if you get the reward. It’s possible that you missed opening a zone-completion chest in another zone and it’s blocking you from receiving any new ones.
