so I bought some items from the gem store in a way where i had to input an item code to receive them but upon inputting the code and hitting submit there was no response from the game whatsoever. I’m fairly certain i inputted the code correctly and even if i did there should be an error message stating i did instead of there being no response whatsoever of what i just submitted.
