I did not get a reward when I completed Plains of Ashford map. I have map completion on another character that I did when the game first launched and I do remember getting a map completion reward on that character for that map. Did something change?

Is it possible that you completed Plains and already collected rewards for it, then “re-completed” it by doing the recently added renown hearts? You wouldn’t collect any further map completion rewards if that is the case.

Not officially, no, but several people, including myself, have reported various cases of not receiving map completion rewards after the feature patch.
