Has anyone else experienced not getting a reward from the Proxemic Labs guild puzzle this week?

I did it on two different guilds, and both times I was not able to get any reward.
Some guild members got it, some guild members didn’t.

Is there information about what happened and how I can avoid the problem?

Same puzzle, same problem for my guild. Some members got credit, some didn’t. We ran it twice. I think someone said they got credit both times for it as well.

The minimap is also wrong for this puzzle. Shows we’re in Lornar’s Pass and also doesn’t even show the maze like it usually does.

Those of us who didn’t get credit tried waiting out the timer. Once we got kicked out of the instance, we still didn’t get credit.

Same here. I confirmed at least 4 people in my guild got credit. Many others didn’t, myself included.

I was one of dose many udders dat did not get shinies from Proxemic Labs…..

same issue here. contributed to every stage, no personal rewards.

Yeah just happened to our guild too. Only a handful of guild members received guild commendations.
