Guild Wars 2

This is my first time logging in since the Wardrobe update. When I equip a pair of Mending Boots (that I had in my bank), I don’t get a “Skin Unlocked” message. If I equip other boots, the Mending Books are not available as a boot skin. When I mouse over the Mending Boots, it doesn’t say “Skin Locked” or “Skin Unlocked”, and I don’t get the option to “Unlock Skin” like I do with other items.

They share a skin with another item, I don’t remember which one. I have the skin for those unlocked, as I just picked up a pair earlier today, and noticed no option to unlock them, but when I looked in the Wardrobe I had the skin from a different-named item.
