I am getting no voice in gw2 cutscenes at all or the voice is so silent that I cant understand anything, the sound is alright but only the voice is problem.
Make sure your audio device settings in-game and out match the device you are currently using.
If you are using a 2.1 device, make sure the in-game settings in Options reflect that, as well as any device or OS settings.
