I recently bought the Noble Count Outfit for my level 80 mesmer. I dyed the outfit and noticed that the chains and gems on the front and back of the dress still appear red. It is especially noticeable when moving and/or zoomed out.
I have visited several pve maps, pvp maps, and wvw maps. It happens in all of the them. Attached are several screenshots taken in wvw.
The chains are dyed midnight ice. I have checked with many other dyes as well.
