Guild Wars 2

So I just used the Gem Store to buy the Primeval Armor Skin for my guardian. My 500 gems were deducted from my account and my recent purchase list shows the Primeval Armor skin as my last purchase but I have not recieved any mail with the skin

Is this a know problem at the moment? Any suggestions as to what I need to do to get it sorted?

Make sure your mail isn’t full.

Thanks – mail wasn’t full. The skins got delivered about 40 mins after the purchase. So all sorted

Aha – thanks DNFJ. With all the messages from the Dragon Bash quest lines, my mailbox was full. 10 messages seems a bit paltry for an inbox. If only my work inbox were so small.
