Non-English characters in the Chat

Could we please have Unicode support for Chat? ^) At least for the Guild and Party channels, so that Unicode languages, like Russian, could be used? It is really quite annoying and transliteration is a killer, in the long run.

P.S. We are living in the Unicode age (well, that’s what many programmers say), so I consider it a bug, not a suggestion

Could we please don’t have it ? So we won’t see spamming "?;%% like russian lang in chat. At least for Guild or Party you can always use skype, ts, rc and so on.

I think we should have that for chat. I do not think we should have it for character names, but for chat, no problem.
