Guild Wars 2

In the Plains of Ashford, the map is telling me that I have 18/19 waypoints found for the area. Trying to find where the last waypoint is, I went onto online maps to figure out the location. On said maps, it says that there are 18 total waypoints in that area. So basically, I cant complete it due to a non-existent waypoint. Any ideas on what I should do?
