AM I THE ONLY ONE? Twice in a row now I have not received the gem store purchased items via game mail. I bought the chop-it axe, and a week later 25 kite chests. For each missing item I logged bug reports, but have yet to receive an answer or the goods. My gem total has been reduced by the purchased amounts, and my black lion trading window shows both items in recent purchases, yet no delivery.
