What is this?

Xp booster is not working 50% of the time.

There’s tons of ss where 10 stack xp booster is not working,but im going to add recent ones.

On the pictures it looks to me like they are working perfectly. Notice that you gain 28 exp every single time. That is the normal monster exp after it’s been modified by your boosters.
The Exp Bonus, is according to the wiki, something different entirely: “An exploration bonus is earned based on how long a creature has been alive in the world” – http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Experience

Problem is i am getting same xp as on those 3 pictures,without xp booster.

According to the pictures you’re posting, all 4 of them, you’re getting what you should get.
Since you have not posted a picture without boosters, I cant actually see the problem. but if it is so, you should contact support directly and write a ticket.
