Since patch, normal mobs in Fractals (swamp) drop nothing at all.
Is this correct or a bug?

I got through the Ice and Dredge levels of a level 20 Fractal without getting a single rare and only 3 Masterworks. This includes Chests/Boss/Mob drops.
