I’ve done about 5 or 6 parts of the Norn personal story and some of the sentences have no voice over. Sorry if this has already been reported. Thanks!

The same thing is happening with the Sylvari stories as well. It mostly seems to be the first part spoken by the NPC, but subsequent parts by the same NPC can be heard. I tried changing Sound Quality in Audio Options, but that did not help.
Same has been happening to me during the Order of Whispers (level 40) chapter.

I noticed the same thing while i was doing the PS with my Sylvari warrior.
Same for the Human PS too. I waited until it was updated to start it but now i’m missing about 1/2 the spoken dialog.
Same with higher level (order of whispers) and beyond cut-scenes
