I don’t know what happened exactly, but where you have to go past the gates and up to the top, the gate is closed and wont open, and thanks to the invisible walls along the path, no one can get over to it to at least initiate it, we have no idea what to do.

Try guesting and hope for a new shard IP. This happens sometimes especially when someone instant levels to 80 inside the starter instance.

My first pick didn’t work out so well. xD Because megaserver stuffs. But my second pulled me through, so it worked! owo But seriously, the entire glitch is just a ‘what’ moment.

Okay, I’m sure there’s a bunch of posts here on this topic, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Right after I started, I tried to make a norn and gave up because The Great Hunt was bugged. This was eight months ago. I am currently attempting to make one, and can’t do it because it’s STILL bugged. Even better, it’s bugged on all three servers I was able to try, so I can’t fix it like I did before. I’m trying to tell new players how to try and fix it so they don’t get discouraged and quit, but I should not have to be doing this. You are seriously losing players because of this bug. PLEASE, after however long it’s been broken (years?), for the love of all that is holy, can you please fix it? Even getting rid of it altogether and having an awkward segue right into the open world would be better than not being able to make a character of one of the races!

Unfortunately this has been an issue for a while. Until it’s actually fixed the only way to complete the starter area is get lucky and land in another instance (hopefully, a newly created one). With the way megaserver instances are handled, that usually means getting everyone to leave the instance so it shuts down, or going in right after a patch.

I’m surprised you managed to get into 3 instances servers without doing that. Unless you’re on an EU server and changing languages can do it. I think the NA server usually only has 1 instance of that map up most of the time.
