Guild Wars 2

this is my second purchase game!
So i try with my second account!
Step to Problem:
-Created Norn Warrior 100% WORKING
-Loading 100% work
- And i’m in the game after that i click the start point mission (like a main mission ) then my laptop is freezing and kick me out .
but i try with different charracter in my old account is working fine! except Norn, My old account still crash the same as New account.

So i buy this new account for my little brother play with me! but he cant play he love Norn pretty much! So plz Help Me!
