When I sell certain items through the Trading Post, I will sometimes not get the money from the sale added to my To Pick UP" funds. I can see the item in my transaction list but the money is not credited. For example, in selling the Rampager’s Torch, it has a value of 1 silver, 44 copper. Thru the TP, I sell it for 1 silver 69 copper. But the monies are never added to my “To Pick Up” amount. I have noticed this happening for a number of items.

Are any monies added to your “Pick Up” tab? Because you won’t get 1 silver 69 copper. You will get that amount less 15%.

no – there are no monies added to my “Pick UP” tab. And I have noticed this happening before but never took real note of it.

Do you have a full mailbox? Or even near full? For some odd reason, monies can be backed up in the queue behind mail, even though they aren’t related. You might try deleting all your mail, then wait an hour or so, and see if any monies come through on the TP.

I don’t mean to sound rude but are you sure it actually sold?

Did you sell it to a buyer or did you list it at your own price?
If the later you have to wait for someone to actually buy it.

There are threads popping up all over about this issue. Perhaps, there is a bug with the TP at this time.

I ordered 100 crystalline dust, cancelled it and didn’t get money back. I can confirm there is a bug in TP.

No – I am sure I sold it and not listed it. I even checked to make sure that was what I didn’t do. But thanks!

Any reply from devs on this? Is it safe to use TP now?

I sold 85 ori ingots and 45 ancient planks today, which net me over 10g a day. All I had for pick-up tonight was 4g and some silver, which I imagined covered the planks. But I checked my “Items I’m selling” tab and the oris were gone, while I never saw the earnings for the sale.
Might be a glitch in the system, I’ll check again tomorrow, but if more people are experiencing the same issue there really might be something here for Anet to look into.

I had no gold waiting for me today either, but I took the risk of selling the oris and ancients collected this morning and got the 12g equivalent of the sale.

Not sure what could cause it, but it seems to come and go. Either the items listed vanish into thin air or the money isn’t reaching us for some of the sales, I don’t know.

If your pick-up tab is full, nothing will be added to it.
I frequently go through several pick-up tabs, and every single one has gold waiting for me.
if the pick-up tab has less than 100 items, gold will be added to it. If it has more, a new tab is made and gold is added to that one.
It’s not impossible there is a bug, just make sure your pick-up tab is 100% empty before saying there is a bug.

My pick up tab has been way below that value and I am still not getting my money from the sales. I am still experiencing the issue tonight. There is definitely something wrong.

this just happened to me now. yesterday was all good.
my mail box is empty, and my pick up windows is empty.
in transactions it shows it is selled, not in queue to someone buy it.
my conclusion is that its definitly a bug

You might want to start a new thread. Whatever issue was present a year ago has long since been resolved. If you aren’t getting gold today, then there might be another issue. I haven’t myself experienced the issue today, so I’m not sure this is something affecting everyone.
