Guild Wars 2

I recently purchased a dragon coffer and dye pack with gems. The gems were deducted from my gem total, but I have not received the items in my mail. It still has the items underneath the tab “Recent Purchases.”

Any help in receiving these items would be great.

Try deleting a few emails from your game inbox. (if you are 10/10, you’ll never see new emails like that until it’s cleaned, you will still however, receive emails from hearts, exploration, and green star story emails)
