I recently decided to finish the remaining two of the charr achievements “Bloodying the Past,” and “From Howl to Silence,” in order to obtain 2 Central Tyrian Mastery Points and once I finished my level 20 Charr storyline of “In the Ruins,” which completed my Bloodying the Past achievement, I did not receive a Central Tyrian Mastery point. Because of this I have become hesitant to complete the other achievement of From Howl to Silence in fear that I would not receive the Central Tyrian Mastery point either. Is it possible that this is a bug? I have attached some pictures below. The first of is of the completed “Bloodying the Past,” achievement which visually claims that a Central Tyrian Mastery Point had been obtained (but in reality, I did not receive) and the 2nd is of the uncompleted “From Howl to Silence.”

Have you completed sylvari, human, asura or norn level 20 story?

If so you wont get any for you charr.

You only need to complete the 10,20,30,40,50 etc on 1 race, to get a total of 8 mastery points.

this is not a bug. story mastery points are awarded once per character/completion, regardless of race.

The UI is a bit misleading on personal story achievements & mastery points – there are actually only 8 available in total (1 at level 10, 1 at level 20, etc), despite there being more achievements due the othe different races and orders. At each level, you’ll only earn a mastery point for whichever achievement you complete first, so going through the personal story on a second character and choosing a different race or order won’t get you any extra mastery points.
