Not Sending Soulbound on Use Items
Im experiencing a similar thing but i bought 2 weapons from the Trading Post for my friend* with upgrades in them and it wont let me send them to him. Any idéa what causes that?

I have leggings i made and used a rune on it and now it wont let me send the leggings to the friend I was going to send it to.
Applying upgrades make then Account Bound.
