I’ve done this JP many times and I haven’t had any problems until today. I haven’t logged in for over a month so not sure when this showed up.

Above the pool of water that’s underneath the airship is a fin that comes off the airship. Next to the pool is a stone column with a piston on top. The piston is SUPPOSED to send you up to the top most spine of the fin. This used to be an easy jump but now it doesn’t send me up anywhere near high enough unless I have a speed buff active. And no, I’m not in combat mode.

Has to be a bug. No JP in the game requires a speed buff. In fact, speed buffs make most of them more difficult as pretty much all of the puzzles space the jumps for standard speed…except for those kitten posts underneath the airship in No So Secret.
