Not a bug and nothing wrong with it. Look over this post please.
Just logged into my mesmer and when running around in Lion’s arch I thought someone was doing the JP’s like I was and giving the swiftness boon. Seems no one was following me and that I actually got these random boons distributed by this signet.
Edit: Wasn’t aware of the passive boost working outside of combat now.
Did i miss something that could be a bug?
Signet of inspiration:
“Passive: Grants a random boon every ten seconds.
Active: Copy all of your boons to nearby allies.”
So you got a boon every 10 seconds?

I haven’t really been playing mesmer lately, especially since I reached lvl 80. I wasn’t aware of this change. I’ll change the post so it just gets looked over.
But ye, I know its effects prior to that update and never checked out any changes for it. My mistake.
