I made a level 1 Necromancer and boosted him to 20 with my experience scroll, but now he is not earning any exp from dailies (none whatsoever, but it should be 5% per category); not from recycler, daily activities, DKV, nothing. Is this a bug or is my character somehow loaded with “exp debt” to pay off from using the scroll?
For the record: I DO get exp from the daily chest, but my daily categories do not give me any exp. Also, my other characters DO earn exp from the daily categories, but they’re all 80s and it doesn’t feel as rewarding.
