Guild Wars 2

I have logged into Guild Wars 2 for about 2 hours now.
Everyone in my Guild seems to have gotten their Season Reward chest instantly, but I am not getting anything.
Yes, I have the Season Reward Key.
Is this a bug?

Edit: I believe I was on the NA server for the first week or two before I returned to Ring of Fire.

Still around 3 hours before the NA matches are over. Since the rewards are tied to the placement of the first server you log into at the start of the season they can’t send the chest until the match for that server is over.

It looks like NA server has reset, yet I did not get any Season Reward Chest as of yet. I hope I will get it soon…

I havent received the chest as well but its the opposite for me, my guild transed to Fort Ratnik just before the seasons started, we moved back to NA after a few weeks.

Is there any update?
