Guild Wars 2

Hi,
Tonight I’ve done three Heart of Thorns story chapters tonight (#9. The Predators Path #10. Strange Observations and #11. Roots of Terror) , and did not receive all the rewards I was told I would upon getting the chapter completion screen. I’ve lost some good rewards and I am unsure what to do about this. Is anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix it?

-(Pic included reference, I did not receive this particular item but I understand it may take immediate effect. Other rewards I’ve lost tonight though have been in the last two positions of the rewards list as well.)

Many items (those that state ‘Takes effect immediately’) go directly to your Wallet, so nothing will show up in your inventory. Thus, saving on clicking bags/boxes/etc.

Is that what you are missing?

This one in the picture I’ve been told that it goes in immediately. But I lost some others on the #9 and #10, ones that I don’t believe take effect immediately.

Two rewards from #9: Bag of Masterwork Gear, and Bag of Aurillium (Takes effect immediately)

Four or five rewards for #10 (depending on whether it has been done previously): Recipe Book, Auric Dust, Writ (1st time only), Bag of Auric Supplies, and Buckle.

Now, the Buckle doesn’t always show up, so that may be what you are missing.

I did notice that I did not get the buckle
