I am not certain if I am missing something or not, but it seems like I am not getting credit for one of the 7 skill points there.

Is this a bug or am I missing a skillpoint / one of those seven actually belongs to another area? The last one I did was the Warmaster Yulia skill point at Vigil Keep, but I joined a fight in progress rather than initiating it myself.
Very sorry if I am just missing the actual 7th or something, but I got worried about not being able to complete it. Thanks either way.
