Not getting credit for.....
You may have reached the Daily Achievement Point cap of 15,000 (total Daily and Monthly combined).
I have indeed reached the 15,000 cap. ( and that sucks but that’s a whole other story ) And you may be right in that it is the reason for no extra achievement points.
But have a look at this…..

As you can see, Vista viewer offers no achievement points, yet candy craver does. Yeah different than carver but still the same.
Now call me silly, but looking at that screenshot, it certainly looks like you should get 1 achievement point.
Maybe its a bug or something Anent overlooked. Either way it should be fixed.
The Halloween Dailies count as Daily Achievement points. If you’ve reached the cap on acquiring Daily Achievement points, you won’t get any APs from any Daily source.
Well it certainly seems that you are correct, but then they need to remove that 1 achievement point from the graphics. Way to confusing.
Why? For those that have not yet reached the cap, the point can be acquired.
Also, the tool-tip that says you will receive 10 APs for completing 3 Dailies hasn’t been/won’t be removed.
I understand it is confusing for you, but there are just as many players still receiving Daily APs (if not more) than those that have capped.
What might be a better suggestion is to add a tool-tip to the Achievement page at the Achievement point area explaining that there is a cap.
“What might be a better suggestion is to add a tool-tip to the Achievement page at the Achievement point area explaining that there is a cap.”
I understand there is a cap, but not why it says 1 achievement point if you do it. There is no claim for doing a vista. Just the Halloween thing.
I don’t know how you can say its not confusing.
I didn’t say it was not confusing. In fact, I said, “I understand it is confusing…”.
A Vista does not say it will award a point whether you have reached the cap, or not. The tool-tip about completing 3 Dailies does say it will reward points, whether you’ve reached the cap, or not.
Same with Festival Dailies.
It would be easier to change one tool-tip on all accounts (the one in the Achievement panel of the Hero tab), than a part of a program that looks at each account and determines if the cap has been met, I’m guessing. Regardless, the Devs haven’t found the time to do either.
Thus, players will find the information in the Wiki, or other site-sources, the CS Team, through word-of-mouth, or coming to the forums, as you have.
Good luck.
