I did some eotm, got to level 29 as a new character, I was getting next to zero XP from caps which would give CHUNKS of XP and it did, however I was seeing less than 2% of it if that, I also tried a little crafting, massive XP, yet I was getting almost nothing.

I absolutely love these new features. :>

This is true, I have the same problem. I’m actually level 29 at the moment, too, and yes, ridiculous exp. In 1 hour (even with 2 hours worth of boosts active) I’ve received 3.8k exp. So bad, so so bad.
