When I complete a ranked match, I don’t gain any progress on my reward track. My client was set to use the Wintersday reward track when the issue started. If I change my active reward track, my client still says I’m using the Wintersday reward track when the stats of the fight display at the end. The PvP stats window at the end of the game says I’ve reached my reward track daily limit for unranked matches. I have the HoT expansion and have never seen this message before. Also, it said I reached my daily reward track cap for unranked matches even when I finished a ranked fight. I missing out on a lot of rewards, please help!

Create a support ticket and start working with Customer Service ASAP. (They need an official ticket to do so.)

In the meantime, you might try the following to try to ‘unstick’ your game:

  • Change to a character that has never PvP’d, enter a custom arena, and leave. Then finish a match (with that character).
  • If you have PvP reward potions left, switch to a non-PvP character, change reward tracks, and use a couple to see if it progress the the proper track.
  • repair the client (as explained on the wik) — remote chance something in the data file is messed up
  • Clear out your GW2 cache files (see the Account & Tech Support forum FAQ sticky for details).
  • Try running the game from a different computer for one PvP match.

I’m not at all sure what’s going on that would cause your game to think you have maxed your daily arena reward progress. All of my suggestions above are geared towards faking out the game to bypass whatever might be going; I’ve ordered them from simplest to try to the ones that require more effort.

However, don’t wait to contact support — the results from your ‘experiments’ above might be useful to them and worst case, you figure out the solution and cancel the ticket before they get a chance to help.
